Join the inaugural community Worlds of Work (WoW) event for Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) students and make careers come to life!

Employers need talent and we need to grow it — right here at home!

Interested in becoming a founding champion? Seize the opportunity to educate kids about your industry and help improve career outcomes for our region and the state of Maryland over March 17th, 18th and 20th 2025 at Montgomery College’s Rockville campus.

The connection between academics and occupations is currently integrated into the school system like never before. We’re taking it a step further by having employers introduce kids to their “world.” Be a part of this no-cost Pilot event for MCPS middle schoolers for one, two, or all three days.
